These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") operated by LA BHEN & CO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

The Company shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any reason whatsoever.
Article 9 (Modification of the Terms of Use)
The Company may modify the Terms of Use without notice to the User whenever it deems it necessary. The modified Terms of Use shall be effective from the time they are posted on the Site.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall properly handle personal information obtained when using the Site in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".
Article 11 (Applicable Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this Site, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
